We are food peoples since 1962.[ Myself is a chef ( Liyakhath) Managing Partner of Baawarchi].I worked as an employee in my own restaurant for a time span of 12 years at the start of my carrier. I had done a 3year production course from cattering college at bandra, Mumbai. Made many experiments in food production and found my own 180 recipes. 5 years before, we had started our first counter at techopark in kerala. Currently we had four branches in technopark, one in kinfra video park and a big restuarant in kazhakuttam with party hall, garden, hut facilities and with both North and South Indian dishes. Now we are planning a counter with take away and home delivery facilities in Q-mart, Manacaud, Tarivandrum.
